I called Tub Coaters at 9:30am on a Saturday begging for help becuase my bathroom had already been cleared out and was ready to be worked on. Stacy was extremely pleasant and professional (and didn't laugh when I asked for same day service) and asked a few questions before putting me on hold. When she came back, she told me that they could have someone at my house in about TWO hours! Exceptional service for a last minute call on a Saturday morning! Eric, the technician was kind enough to call me en route to give me an ETA, and arrived promplty as promised. He was very kind, professional, patient, and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. He worked diligently and the finished product is AMAZING! I've been in this home 6 years and the bathroom didn't look that good when I moved in! He just left and I literally keep walking and in and staring. I highly recommend this company!!
